Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from online store. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged/unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 2 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.


You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Exchange and replacement

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

Exchanges are available for clothing, sports, shoes, baby products, luggage and watch items that have a size or color variation. The exchange item must be:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
